Meet the new NZTrio! Described as a ‘national treasure’, the trio have appointed two accomplished new players. This is an exciting opportunity to feature the trio in its new chapter, and to hear this ensemble re-emerge in a new incarnation. This concert begins with the dark lyric beauty of Beethoven’s explosive C minor trio and finishes with the piano trio of Ravel – among the most treasured works for violin, cello and piano.
