Discover an arts centre that does more than just exhibit paintings! Expressions has been designed with flexible spaces that can be adjusted depending on the event and numbers of people attending.

• Two exhibition spaces - Mount Marua Gallery and UnitedNetworks Gallery - with a multi-purpose display capability
• 200-seat Genesis Energy Theatre with flexibility for 40 at tables and 84 seated
• Café Cibo with catering facilities and bar
• Rotary Foyer fronting onto Fergusson Drive which functions as an exhibiting and activity space
• Riverstone Recreation sport and recreation hall with wooden sprung floor – 800 seated, 1120 standing or 500 at tables
• Public elevator and wheelchair access

Public spaces within the centre are accessible by wheelchair. And thanks to the Inner Wheel Club of Upper Hutt we now have two brand new wheelchairs available for use. The theatre also has a sound loop for the hearing impaired.
