Kate Dimbleby
‘One of the most versatile singers on the jazz/blues circuit’ -
The Times, UK.
Returning to the Festival after her fantastic sell-out show Fever!
in 2002, Kate mixes live music and theatre in Music to Watch Boys
By. Kate sings classics
by
the likes of Frank Sinatra, Tom Waits and a host of others as she explores,
in her words, why ‘women sing songs all about men, and men sing songs all
about … men’. Her refreshingly tongue-in-cheek approach to the
male ego makes for a foot-tapping and vibrant evening.

will be spellbound by the spectacular creations of this visionary

John Hegley
John Hegley writes verses that he performs with a mandolin (Steve)
and a dog made of Hessian (Sack Russell) which he’s had since
it was a puppet. John has performed his poetry in Colorado, Canada,
Colombia, France, Portugal, Zanzibar and a lot of other places
which do not sound as impressive. Don’t let the word poet
put you off. It’s pithy, poignant and impertinent. The show
includes table dancing and cabbage listening.
Tickets $25
