A Gilbert and Sullivan Opera, sung by the Hutt Valley Singers and the Wainuiomata Choir and Soloists. Pianist John Morrison and conductor Noeline Cuzens.There will also be music of the era, including Sullivan's "The Lost Chord" sung by both choirs. The Wainuiomata choir will be conducted by Jenny Lee with pianist Elizabeth Marrison.

Flying Piglets present RICHARD GILEWITZ

American acoustic guitarist and composer Richard Gilewitz writes and performs a lively mixture of blues,  classical, folk, rock and jazz music. He has his own idiosyncratic style, developed from the influences of such composers as John Fahey, Leo Kottke, JS Bach and John Renbourn. A musician who loves interacting with his audience, Richard Gilewitz offers a night of great guitar playing, tales from the road, and laughs along the way.
