MIDGE
MARSDEN & THE ROGER FOX BIG BAND
are
back in town and in concert with special guest by popular demand
from USA MR CHRIS CAIN
On
the landscape of global blues two intrepid journeymen have worn
a thrity-year trail between The South Pacific and the United States
of America - carrying the essence of the music from the cradle of
RnB across the oceans to the antipodes.
Two
blues giants at play with a great band of accomplices. When
the bomb goes off and the dust settles Fox and Marsden will still
be standing and still blowing (and still howling at the moon). And
they will have survived cutting heads with most every other R'n'B
pretender South of the Equator. Stand aside ... game on ...
the A Team are back in town and in concert.

$57 All tickets and $49 Jazz Club Members

JEANETTE
WILSON - EXPERIENCING ENLIGHTENMENT
Jeanette
Wilson, best known for her mediumship abilities and in particular
her television series “Dare to Believe” returns with a very different
show - and promises audiences an experience of enlightenment, a
state that is only usually experienced after years of meditating.
“Many
people have had moments of enlightenment” explains Jeanette “when
they have experienced themselves as more than themselves or experienced
a deep connection with all life. What often happens is that we then
spend years trying to recreate that experience or have another enlightenment
experience. Now in this 2 ½ hour workshop Jeanette guides the audience
to experience the transcendental, but even more importantly leaves
them with a process they can use again and again to move beyond
their limited sense of self and into an enlightened state at will.
Jeanette
is keen to point out that anyone can attend this evening workshop,
they do not need to have had any meditation practice because the
process is so simple it works for anyone who is open to experiencing
it.
