A photographer with many years of experience in a variety of areas.

He is an Associate of the Royal Photographic Society and a Fellow & past president of the Photographic Society of New Zealand.

He has gained many awards and his work has been exhibited successfully both in New Zealand and overseas.

A number of galleries have hung his work and numerous publications have featured images from his photo-library of New Zealand landscapes.

 

A Glimpse of Paris

It is truly said that the more things change the more they stay the same.

Can this be said of Paris?

It is many years since Cartier Bresson captured on film his memorable ‘decisive moments’, recording the citizens of Paris going about their business. Since that time the city has seen many physical changes but there remains a timelessness about the capital of France that is surely unique.

It is the people who are the real soul of a city, and the spirit and culture of Paris is unmistakable in these candid images by Jack Sprosen, of a modern Paris featuring the everyday life of the inhabitants.
